基于自我效能理论的护理干预对2型糖尿病病人血糖、生活质量及负性情绪的影响
Influence of nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory on blood glucose ,quality of life and negative emo‐tions of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
To explore the influence of nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory on blood glucose,quality of life and negative emotion of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Fifty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who received rou‐tine nursing from July 2016 to December 2016 in Nantong University Affiliated Hospital were selected as the control group.From January 2017 to June 2017,in department of endocrinology,affiliated Hospital of Nantong university,fifty patients with type 2 diabe‐tes mellitus were treated with nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory.Self-efficacy,blood glucose,quality of life and neg‐ative emotion changes were compared before and after care.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the scores of diet control,regular exercise,medication,blood glucose monitoring,foot care and emergency treatment were higher than those of patients in control group(P＜0.05).The levels of blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The scores of disease,psychology,society,physiology,satisfaction and quality of life were higher than those in con‐trol group after 6 months of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS were lower in experimental group than those in control group after 6 months(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Nursing intervention based on self efficacy theory could improve self-efficacy,reduce blood glucose,improve quality of life and relieve negative emotion of type 2 diabe‐tes mellitus.关键词
