Research on quality evaluation of bronchial asthma management application based on content analysis

Abstract
To evaluate the quality of bronchial asthma management application(APP)to determine whether it met the self management needs of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:The content analysis method was used to evaluate the quality of 110 bronchial asthma APPs from 3 dimensions of self-management education content,behavior change strategy and network health in‐formation normalization.Results:In 110 bronchial asthma APPs,self-management education content overall and accuracy score were 0 to 25(11.26 ± 8.01),behavior change strategy score was 0 to 21(8.03 ± 5.09),health information standardized score was 0 to 9(4.15 ± 1.87).More than half of APPs did not mention the role of written action plan and the personalized definition of asthma control.There was no statistically significant difference in total score of quality between paid APPs and free APPs(P＞0.05).Conclusions:The exist‐ing bronchial asthma APPs could help patients manage disease to some extent,but there was still much improvement room in quality.关键词
