血清miR-21-5p在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及意义
Expression of serum miR-21-5p in endometrioid endometrial carcinoma and its clinical value
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of serum miR-21-5p in endometrioid endometrial carcinoma and its clinical value. Methods The expression of serum miR-21-5p in 35 cases of endometrioid endometrial carcinoma and 30 cases of normal controls in Shenzhen People's Hospital was detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,and the difference of serum miR-21-5p expression was analyzed in patients with different clinicopathological features. Results The expression of serum miR-21-5p in endom-etrioid endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal control(P＜0. 05). The expression of serum miR-21-5p was significantly decreased after hysterectomy in endometrioid endometrial carcinoma(P＜0. 01). The expression of serum miR-21-5p in en-dometrioid endometrial carcinoma patients aged≤50 years was significantly higher than that in patients aged＞50 years (P＜0. 05). The expression of serum miR-21-5p in patients with myometrial invasion depth≥1/2 was significantly lower than that with myometrial invasion depth＜1/2(P＜0. 05). The expression of serum miR-21-5p in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The expression of serum miR-21-5p in endometrioid en-dometrial carcinoma is high,and it could be expected to be a new marker for early screening and prognosis of endometrioid endometrial carcinoma.关键词
