射频热凝联合阿霉素用于原发性三叉神经痛治疗的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency thermocoagulation(RFT)combined with pirarubicin in the treatment of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Ninety patients with idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia after failure by conservative treatment were randomly divided into three groups(n＝30):pirarubicin alone group,radiofrequency thermocoagulation(RFT)com-bined with pirarubicin group,and radiofrequency thermocoagulation group. VAS score,two-year relapse rate and complications were compared among three groups at different time points. Results The VAS score in combination group was significantly lower than in pirarubicin group 1 d,7 d,14 d,after treatment(P＜0. 05). There was no significant difference in VAS score between the three groups at 1 month,6 months and one year after treatment. The relapse rate was significantly lower in combination group than in the other two groups 2 years after treatment. There were no significant complications in the three groups. Conclusion Radiofrequency thermo-coagulation(RFT)combined with pirarubicin is effective in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with better short-term and long-term effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
