成人分泌性中耳炎的疗效分析与观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment and its curative efficacy for adult secretory otitis media. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017,34 cases of adult secretory otitis media were enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong Universi-ty. Totally 32 cases were treated with myringotomy tube insertion,and 2 cases were treated with eustachian tube balloon dilation. Re-sults Of 32 patients treated with grommet insertion,30 patients were cured,and 2 patients relapsed at 6 month after tube drawing and then were retreated with myringotomy tube insertion. Two patients treated with eustachian tube balloon dilation were cured. Conclu-sion The cause of secretory otitis media is complicated and different for every patient. Different treatment method should be adopted according to the specific pathogenic factors of the patients.关键词
