人工真皮联合自体刃厚皮片移植治疗功能部位全层皮肤缺损疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the artificial dermis combined effect from full-thickness skin defect thick-ness skin graft treatment of functional parts of the body edge.Methods:25 patients with functional parts of the full-thickness skin wounds,after debridement or full-thickness excision of skin lesions,the artificial dermis graft on the wound,two weeks after the blade thickness skin graft taken from the body on the artificial dermis was observed after graft case.Results:All patients with invasive dough piece healed well,dermal survived,and no obvious scar,func-tional parts of no effect.Conclusion:The combination of synthetic autologous collagen sponge thickness skin graft treatment of functional parts of the good effects of full-thickness skin defects,damage to the small donor site scar ti-ny,function is not affected by the district.关键词
