F5及PAI-1基因多态性联合检测在烧伤多次手术患者深静脉血栓形成风险评估中的应用
Gene Polymorphism of F5 and PAI-1 :A risk factor for deep vein thrombosis in burn patients with multiple surgeries

Abstract
Obiective:To explore the value of combined detection of F5 and PAI-1 gene polymorphism in the risk of deep vein thrombosis in burn patients with multiple surgeries.Methods:A total of 200 burn patients scheduled for multiple surgeries from October 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The gene phenotype of F5 and PAI-1 was detected.Deep vein thrombosis within 2 months after onset was followed up.Re-sults:F5 gene polymorphism distribution in all patients as follows:AA 57 cases,GA 99 cases,GG 44 cases ;PAI-1 gene as follows:4G4G 74cases,4G5G 80cases,5G5G cases.It was found that 139 patients had different parts of the deep venous thrombosis.There was no significant difference in thrombosis between F5 gene phenotypes (P> 0. 05),while significant difference was found between PAI-1 gene phenotypes (P<0.001).Compared with patients with GG/5G5G,patients with AA/4G4G phenotype showed a 50-fold (95% CI 2.559 to 976.97) chance of develo-ping thrombosis,a 20-fold (95% CI 1.796 to 222.777) greater risk with AA/4G5G,a 32-fold (95% CI 3.068~333.798) greater risk with GA/4G4G,a 25.5-fold (95% CI 2.503~302.174) greater risk with 95% CI 2.503~302. 174.The incidence of thrombosis difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined de-tection of F5 and PAI-1 gene polymorphism is important for predicting the risk of deep vein thrombosis in burn pa-tients with multiple surgeries.Individual detection of F5 and PAI-1 gene polymorphisms have some limitations,and the joint detection is recommended for clinical treatment.关键词
