Abstract
Objective:Investigate the effect of aspirin combined with Danhong red injection on unstable angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and its effect on vascular endothelial function.Meth-ods:from January 2016 to June 2017,120 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected as the research subjects.It was divided into the observation group and the control group by the random digital table,60 patients in the control group accepted the routine basic medicine treatment plan containing aspirin, and the observation group 60 cases were combined with Danhong injection on the basis of the control group,com-pared the treatment effect of the two groups of coronary heart disease and the intravascular injection of the patients before and after the treatment.The changes of skin function related indexes.Results: there was no significant difference in the number of angina pectoris episodes,the duration of angina pectoris and the dosage of nitroglycerin before treatment (P＞0.05).After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris,the duration of angina pectoris and the dosage of nitroglycerin were significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05),and the cardiac func-tion related indexes of the observation group after treatment (shooting ).The improvement effect of blood fraction and cardiac output was significantly better than that in the control group (P＜0.05),and the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05),and the level of ET and TXB2 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The level of 6-prostaglandin F1-alpha was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05),and no serious adverse drug reactions or complications occurred during and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:The effect of aspirin combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in elderly patients is significant.Compared with the traditional drug therapy,it can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment.关键词
