急性百草枯中毒患者应用血液净化治疗护理配合研究
Nursing cooperation of patients with acute paraquat poisoning with blood purification treatment

Abstract
s Objective:To explore the clinical value of nursing intervention in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning patients with blood purification.Methods:80 cases of acute paraquat poisoning and 40 cases of single blood purification were selected as control group.40 cases of hemoperfusion,plasmapheresis and hemodialysis se-quential purification were called sequential group.Each group was divided into routine nursing care and nursing in-tervention,and the therapeutic effect and prognosis were analyzed.Results:the effective rate of sequential group treatment and nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the total effective rate after nursing interven-tion was higher than that of the conventional nursing group.The number of death and respiratory diseases in sequen-tial group was less than that in control group.After nursing intervention,the mortality and respiratory system dis-ease in intervention group were less than those in conventional group,and the difference between groups was statisti-cally significant (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:acute paraquat poisoning should take three sequential ways of blood purifi-cation in the shortest time and cooperate with targeted nutritional support and psychological care during the treat-ment.关键词
