摘要

Abstract

Fe2O3/CeO2composite catalysts w as prepared with CeO2as support by an impregnation-calcination method. The composite was characterized by methods such as XRD,XPS,TG/DTG. Further,the effects of factors such as the molar ratio of iron to cerium in the catalyst,the dosage of H2O2,the initial pH of the solution and the dosage of the catalyst on the decolorization rate of crystal violet simulated dye wastewater were investigated. The characterization results showed that the doping of the Fe2O3had no effect on the structure of the CeO2matrix,and the prepared Fe2O3/CeO2composite still had the typical cubic fluorite structure of the support CeO2,and the Fe2O3crystal with relatively weak crystallinity was formed in the material,which was evenly dispersed on the CeO2matrix. The experimental results showed that the prepared Fe2O3/CeO2composite catalyst had good adsorption performance and Fenton oxidation performance for the simulated dye wastewater with an initial crystal violet concentration of 15 mg/L. The optimized degradation conditions were n(Fe)∶n(Ce) 1,the dosage of the catalyst being 2.0 g/L,the dosage of the H2O2being 30 mmol/L,and the initial pH of the solution being 7. Thus,the degradation rate of the crystal violet in the solution after reacting for 120 min could be up to 97.7%.
