立管内水合物浆液流动特性及正交实验研究
Orthogonal experiment research on flow characteristics of hydrate slurry in vertical tube

Abstract
The flow characteristics of CO2and natural gas h ydrate slurry in a vertical tube were simulated by FLUENT simulation technique,and the effects of average flow velocity of hydrate slurry,hydrate volume fraction,hydrate particle size and continuous phase viscosity on concentration distribution and velocity distribution of the hydrate at the outlet cross-section of the vertical tube and pressure drop of the vertical tube section were investigated. In addition,the order of influencing factors for drag characteristics of CO2hydrate and natural gas hydrate in the vertical tube was determined by orthogonal experiments as continuous phase viscosity > volume fraction of hydrate particles > diameter of hydrate particles > average flow velocity of the hydrate slurry,and on this basis,the optimal combination of various influencing factors was determined,i.e.,average velocity 2.5 m/s,hydrate volume fraction 10%,continuous phase viscosity 1.79 mPa·s,and hydrate particle diameter 50 μm. The research results can provide technical support for the development of deep water flow safety technology.关键词
