摘要

Abstract

Application of the spray drying technology in polyolefin Ziegler-Natta catalyst preparation processes and the progress of research thereof were reviewed,including the preparation of a support and the preparation of a catalyst. In the area of polyethylene catalysts,the spray drying technology can be used to prepare MgCl2support and MgCl2/SiO2supported catalysts. In the area of polypropylene catalysts,the spray drying technology can be used to prepare MgCl2support,MgCl2/SiO2support and unsupported catalysts. The ratio of raw materials and spray drying conditions were major factors of determining the performance of the support and catalyst. The applicability of a support and the performance of the prepared catalyst can be reasonably regulated according to different ratios of raw materials and different spray drying conditions,so as to meet the polymerization requirements of different catalysts.
