中国中小河道生态治理与修复策略
Strategies for ecological management and restoration of small and medium-sized rivers in China
摘要
Abstract
In view of the existing problems and reasons in the management of small and medium-sized rivers in China,the countermeasures of river ecological management and restoration are put forward : to strengthen the application of ecological technology and change the highly fragmented and segmentary system for small and medium -sized rivers management ; to introduce market competition mechanism,and make scientific long-term assessment way; to classify and implement policies to improve the efficiency of work and fund utilization ; to strictly investigate and punish illegal encroachment on river,wetlands and waterfront areas ; to attach importance to the pollution of river channels caused by household waste and pig breeding ; to promote the reduction of pollutants in water bodies ;to reduce water consumption,etc.关键词
