Development history of water resource management in Europe area of" Belt and Road" and its enlightenment
摘要
Abstract
In order to realize the sustainable utilization of water resources scientifically and effectively,the present situation of water resource management in Europe area of the "Belt and Road" was analyzed and the experience in water resources management was systematically summarized based on the summary of the situation of water resources and the development history of water resource management in Europe area of the " Belt and Road".Then,related suggestions of water resource management of other areas in the "Belt and Road" were proposed,which included the establishment of international river consultation and coordination mechanism,the establishment of international water related data sharing and mutual trust mechanism,the signing of international water related laws and treaties,the promotion of water resource conservation and reuse,and the improvement of public participation in the management of water resources.The research will provide theoretical and empirical support for water resource management of the "Belt and Road" and even the whole world.关键词
