重复玻璃化冻融胚胎移植后临床结局
Clinical outcomes after repeated vitrification of frozen-thawed embryos

Abstract
Objective:To assess the implantation potential and clinical outcomes of both cleavage embryos and blastocysts after repeated vitrification. Methods: The data of 57 cycles with twice frozen-thawed embryos in our clinic from Jan.2015 to Sep.2017 were retrospectively analyzed.After excluding the cycle with once frozen-thawed embryos transplantation,37 cycles with twice frozen-thawed embryos were included.By using a propensity score matching method,5 9 cleaved embryo transfer cycles and 39 blastocyst transfer cycles under matching conditions were selected as control groups in patients undergoing once frozen-thawed embryo transplantation at the same time.The survival rate of frozen embryos after thawed and the implantation rate,biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,ectopic pregnancy rate,early miscarriage rate,live birth rate and other clinical indicators were analyzed. Results:The survival rate of cleavage-embryos and blastocysts after twice vitrification was 96.49% (55/57)and 95.83%(23/24)respectively.The implantation rate,positive β-HCG rate,clinical pregnancy rate,ectopic pregnancy rate,early miscarriage rate,and live birth rate were not significantly different between two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusions: Clinical outcomes with twice frozen-thawed embryo transfer were not significantly different from once freeze-thaw embryos transfer under matching conditions.Repeated frozen-thawed embryo transplantation can be considered as a safe rescue method for abolishing embryos transfer after thawed.关键词
