Abstract
Uterine malformations include a group of congenital Mullerian duct of abnormalities of female reproductive system,and the incidence rate is 4.3% in the women of childbearing age,3.5% in infertile women,and 1 3 % in women of recurrent spontaneous abortions.The embryo survival rate in women with septate uterus is about 5%-27%,and infertility rate is up to 36%.What is more,the rate of recurrent abortion is even more than 65%.Therefore,it is believed that the adverse pregnancy outcome is associated with abnormal uterine cavity or abnormal uterine vessels in the women with septate uterus.The surgical treatment of the anatomical defects is the basis of treatment.This article reviews the adverse effects of the uterine septum on the pregnancy,the indications and methods of treatment,and the outcome of the pregnancy after the treatment.关键词
