摘要
Abstract
For reasonable selection of ruling gradient and traction system(type of traction,type of locomotive and traction mass)technical standards,this study puts forward planning principles of ruling gradient and traction system based on the analysis of Nepal topography,engineering geological conditions,meteorological characteristics,traffic forecasting and transportation demand.Terrain radar data are used to analyze the characteristics of the vertical profile of each planed line,compare different ruling gradient schemes in terms of engineering and economy,and propose the recommend scheme for ruling gradient of each line.Relevant main technical characteristics and parameters of locomotive are analyzed.According to the ruling gradient schemes,the layout of railway network and the arrangement of marshalling operations,recommended plans of type of locomotive and traction mass for each line are presented,carrying and conveying capacities are verified and research experiences are summarized.关键词
