三仁汤加减治疗肥胖2型糖尿病合并糖尿病肾病的临床观察
Clinical observation of Sanren decoction in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus with diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
[Objective] To observer the clinical study on the treatment of obese type 2 diabetic with diabetic nephropathy by Sanren decoction addition. [Methods] A total of 60 patients with obese type 2 diabetic with diabetic nephropathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases).Two groups were both treated with the routine Western medicine, and the treatment group was additionally given Sanren decoction. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score, fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial 2 h blood sugar (2 hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) , Urine protein quantitative of two groups were observed after treatment. [Results] In the aspect of TCM syndrome score, FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c, Urine protein quantitative both groups were significantly better than that before treatment (P＜0.01), and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05). The total clinical effective of rate was 90.00% in treatment group was significantly higher than control group (P＜0.05). [Conclusion] Sanren decoction has a significant efficacy and safety in treating obese type 2 diabetes mellitus with diabetic nephropathy, and it is worth being popularized in the clinic.关键词
