摘要
Abstract
By adding vaporizing pot in the kettle of the acetic acid distillation column, the requirement of the acetic acid distillation column for the acetic acid concentration of the kettle was reduced.ASPENPLUS simulation showed that the theoretical plate number of the improved column is 9, with the reflux ratio of 0.3. According to the economic analysis, the equipment manufacturing cost is reduced by about 24.16%, and the utility cost is reduced by about 36.9%.关键词
