面向建筑工人的安全投入对工人安全绩效的影响
Impact of Construction Workers' Safety Input to Workers' Safety Performance
摘要
Abstract
Construction workers' safety input has a positive significance to enhance workers' safety awareness and improve the safety situation, but the relationship is not clear. Based on the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey, SEM models were used to explore the influence of different safety inputs on workers' safety performance. The study helps to reveal the effective way. It also can improve the safety performance of construction workers and provide theoretical support for construction enterprises' decisions on workers' safety inputs. The results show: the safety participation behavior of workers is positively correlated with low frequency, high strength and strong material safety rewards;the safety participation behavior of workers is positively correlated with strong targeted and high experience safety education;the safety compliance behavior of workers is positively correlated with adequate personal labor protection inputs;the safety compliance behavior of workers is positively correlated with social insurance.关键词
