Interface Risk Evaluation of Uban Rail Transit PPP Project Based on ISM-ANP-Fuzzy

Abstract
With the increasingly large scale and complexity of modern engineering projects, the management of engineering projects is becoming more and more complicated. Especially in the urban rail transit PPP project, because of the increase of private enterprises'participation, the complexity of interface management is improved, so the evaluation of interface risk is particularly important. But currently research on the city rail transportation PPP project interface risk evaluation is less, to achieve the scientific evaluation of the interface risk of city rail traffic PPP project, based on the idea of interface management, the interfaces of PPP project are divided in this paper, and the carding of interface management objectives are carried out;secondly the management factors of each interface of city rail transit PPP project are determined, and then combined with the theory of risk management, risk evaluation index system of city rail transit PPP project interfaces is established, and by using the ISM-ANP-Fuzzy method, the interface risks of the city rail transit PPP project are evaluated, thus the risk levers of the city rail transit PPP project interfaces are determined;finally, through an empirical research on a PPP project in QD and according to the results of the risk evaluation of the interfaces, specific response measures are given.关键词
