Abstract
The construction industry is a pillar industry of the national economy, and the technological progress is not only the key factor to enhance the core competitiveness of the construction industry, but also the only way to achieve the goal of strong construction province of Jiangsu. The contribution rate of technological progress can reflect the state quo of technological innovation and technological efficiency of construction industry. And it can also measure the role of technological progress in production. In addition, it is of great significance to improve the technical level of construction industry and guide the construction industry transformation. In this paper, we use DEA-Malmquist model to analyze the contribution rate of technical progress of construction enterprises in Jiangsu province during 2006-2015 and we take ten types of registered enterprises in Jiangsu province as the object. From the vertical and horizontal dimensions, the results show that the contribution rate of construction technological progress in Jiangsu province is relatively low and the development of construction industry is dependent on the external investment that is very different from Jiangsu construction province. Furthermore, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign enterprises have higher technological progress efficiency and domestic enterprises have higher resource allocation efficiency. So we put forward the corresponding measures form the angle of industry and enterprise.关键词
