熔融法和固相反应法制备堇青石及其性能的对比研究
Preparation of cordierite by melting method and solid-state reaction method and comparative study on its properties

Abstract
The quartz,bauxite and light burned magnesium oxide are used as the main raw materials which the cordierite glass-ceramics was synthesized by melting method and solid-state reaction method respectively.The structure and performance of the obtained samples were characterized to explore and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of processes.The results show that the melting method can precipitate a large number of α-cordierite phase at 950 ℃,and the coefficient of thermal expansion is 2.23×10-6℃-1after crystallized at 1 000 ℃ for 2 h.However,the solid-state reaction method can precipitate a large number of α-cordierite phase at 1 300 ℃,and the coefficient of thermal expansion is 1.46×10-6℃-1after crystallized at 1 350 ℃ for 2 h.In addition,the synthesis temperature of melting method is nearly 350 ℃ lower than that of the solid-state reaction,and the range of the synthesis temperature is wide.But for the melting method,its preparation process is more complicated and cost is higher.关键词
