碳量子点/磷酸银复合催化剂的制备及光催化性能
Synthesis and photocatalytic properties of carbon quantum dot/Ag3PO4 composite

Abstract
Carbon quantum dot(CQDs)/Ag3PO4photocatalytic composites were synthesized by coprecipitation method using the CQDs,NaH2PO4and AgNO3as starting materials.X-ray diffraction(XRD),field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),X-ray photoelec-tron spectroscopy(XPS)and UV-Vis analysis were utilized to characterize the structure,morphology,chemical state of element and band gap energy as synthesized photocatalyst.The results indicated that the composites possessed a cubic phase structure and did not change Ag3PO4crystal structure.With the increasing amount of CQDs,the particle size of xCQDs/Ag3PO4decreased.The Rh B was used as the target pollutant,and the photocatalytic per-formances of xCQDs/Ag3PO4(x=0.4~2.0 wt%)were investigated under the condition of visible light irradiation.The synthesized nanocomposites of CQDs/Ag3PO4showed higher photocatalytic activity compared to conventional Ag3PO4photocatalyst,and the 1.2 w t%CQDs/Ag3PO4had the best photo-degradation performance.w hile m(CQDs): m(Ag3PO4)=1.2:100,the degradation efficiency of Rh B could reach to 91.6%after 60 min reaction under visible light irradiation.Meanwhile,good photocatalytic activity was retained after three cycles run.关键词
