废弃花生壳/EVA复合材料的制备及其吸声性能
Preparation of Discarded Peanut Shell/EVA Composite and Its Sound Absorption Properties

Abstract
In order to find a reasonable way to use the discarded peanut shells,the discarded peanut shell/EVA(ethylene vinyl acetate)sound absorbent composites were prepared with hot pressing method by using the discarded peanut shells as reinforced material and EVA powder as matrix material in this paper.Under the conditions of hot pressing pressure 5 MPa,hot pressing temperature 120 ℃ and hot pressing time 8 min,the effects of mass fraction of discarded peanut shells,thickness of composites,density of composites and thickness of the air layer on the sound absorption performance of the discarded peanut shell/EVA sound absorbent composites were investigated.The results show that the discarded peanut shell/EVA sound absorbent composites have excellent sound absorption properties in the low,medium and high frequency range,and the maximum absorption coefficient can reach 0.92 under the following conditions:mass fraction of discarded peanut shells 50%,thickness of composites 30 mm,density of composites 0.382 g/cm3 and thickness of the air layer 30 mm.Therefore,the discarded peanut shell/EVA sound absorbent composites belong to the high sound absorption materials.关键词
