Abstract
The vibration of main beam of the computerized embroidery machine is too large.For solving this problem,a method is proposed to reduce vibration by improving the inherent frequency of main beam.First of all,the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the embroidery machine were carried out with Ansys software.Then,the topologic optimization of the main beam was conducted through the Optistruct software to get its unit density cloud chart.The thickness of critical part of the main beam model increased.Finally,after the model was optimized,the inherent frequency and vibratory magnitude of the main beam were calculated.The results show that the first-order inherent frequency of the optimized main beam increases by 10%,and harmonic response amplitude decreased by 200%.The optimization effect is good.关键词
