姜黄染料对柞蚕丝织物的染色性能研究
Dyeing Behavior of Turmeric Dye on Tussah Silk Fabric
摘要
Abstract
Natural dyes were extracted from turmeric ,and the dyeing properties and functions of the dyes on tussah silk w ere studied .T he influence of dyeing process parameters such as dyeing temperature ,dyeing time and dye bath pH value on the K/S value of dyed silk were discussed.T he influence of mordants (zinc sulfate ,aluminum sulfate and ferrous sulfate) on K/S value and color luster of dyed samples were also studied .Furthermore , the color fastness ,anti-ultraviolet property and antibacterial activity of the dyed tussah silk w ere tested .The results show that the natural curcumin dye is good for silk dyeing ,and the color luster and color strength of the sample are significantly influenced by mordants.Tussah silk fabrics dyed with turmeric extracts have excellent UV protection properties and antibacterial activity .关键词
