绿棉织物颜色耐碱稳定性的研究

Abstract
Natural colored cotton is provided with natural color ,and the finishing process can be simplified to realize green production .In order to probe into the color stability of green cotton in the post-finishing process ,this paper starts from the analysis of the microstructure of green cotton and white cotton ,and uses the blended yarns of green cotton and white cotton to weave into plain weave fabrics .By referencing to the conditions of conventional scouring and alkali shrinkage process ,the influence of lye concentration and temperature on color stability of green cotton /white cotton blended fabrics was discussed.The results of the study show that the color of green cotton /white cotton blended fabrics gets darker and tends to blue and green after scouring and alkali shrinkage process ; the bigger of the lye concentration ,the greater of the impact on the color of the fabrics .关键词
