畜禽选择信号检测方法及其统计学问题
The Identification Methods of Selection Signatures in Livestock and Its Statistical Problems
摘要
Abstract
Identification of selection signatures have become an important tool in population genet-ics and gene mapping of economically important traits with the explosion of genomic data.Using proper statistical methods and understanding the potential statistical problems in identification of selection signature are of great significance to accurately locate the candidate genes affecting eco-nomically important traits and reveal the potential genetic mechanism of adaptive evolution of livestock and poultry.This paper reviews the concept,the category of testing statistics of selec-tion signature,the influencing factors and the related statistical problems in identification of selection signatures.It is expected to provide a reference for further research on identification of selection signatures.关键词
