由茶梗改性制备磁性纤维素材料及其对废水中Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附性能

Abstract
Magnetic cellulose microspheres, containing Fe3O4nanoparticles were prepared with tea (T-MCMs), which was modified by cross-linking and graft copolymerization. The resulting composite was characterized by IR (infrared spectroscopy), SEM (scanning electron microscopy), XRD (X-ray powder diffraction) and VSM (vibrating sample magnetometer). The adsorption performance of Cu(Ⅱ) on T-MCMs was further studied. The initial Cu(Ⅱ) concentration, different pH and contact time was investigated. In addition, the kinetic data were examined in terms of the pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic models and intra-particle diffusion model. The results showed that over 90% of saturated adsorption capacity was achieved at pH5, with an initial Cu(Ⅱ) concentration of 80 mg/L and a 4 h contact time. And the common coexisting ions had no negative effect on the Cu(Ⅱ) adsorption. The adsorbent could be separated using a single magnet after adsorption. Finally, the adsorption data fit best with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.关键词
