前处理工艺对纯棉纱润湿性能的影响
Effect of Pretreatment Technology on Wettability of Pure Cotton Yarn

Abstract
In order to improve the wetting and permeability of the serous to cotton yarn and convenient for sizing, it is necessary to pretreat the yarn. The effects of different alkali treatment concentration, treatment temperature and treatment time on the wettability of cotton yarn were studied in this paper. The pretreatment process and parameters are discussed by single factor test with the effect of core absorption, contact angle and yarn strength as evaluation index. The results show that alkali treatment can effectively improve the wettability of cotton yarn, and the strength of cotton yarn has no obvious change. The reasonable pretreatment process parameters are NaOH concentration 4 g/L, osmosis agent JFC concentration 3 g/L, temperature 90℃, treatment time 30 min, bath ratio 1∶8.关键词
