摘要

Abstract

Mechanical properties, friction factor, infrared spectrum, X-ray diffraction and mosquito repellent effect of mosquito-repellent viscose fibers made by artemisia apiacea essential oil and viscose fiber spinning solution were tested to study the optimum mixture ratio of artemisia apiacea essential oil and viscose fiber spinning solution. Research showed that crystal structure of composite viscose fibers made by artemisia apiacea essential oil and viscose fiber spinning solution still belong to cellulose Ⅱ crystal structure, what's more, mechanical properties, degree of crystallinity and degree of orientation were all decreased except friction factor. Indexes of mechanical properties, friction factor, degree of crystallinity and degree of orientation and so on which were kept the fiber in good wearabilities at the 10% artemisia apiacea essential oil in composite viscose fibers, meanwhile, mosquito-repellent ratio had reached 89.42%. So it was believed that mixture ratio of artemisia apiacea essential oil in composite viscose fibers should be controlled in 10%.
