摘要

Abstract

Morphology, wet, wrinkle resilience angle, UV protection and mechanics properties of viscose fabrics finished by nano silicon dioxide/silk distribution were observed and tested to study properties changes of viscose fabrics after nano silicon dioxide/silk treatment to search for the optimum content of the nano silicon dioxide/silk distribution finishing liquor. Research showed that when the nano silicon dioxide content was between 3.5% and 4.5% of the nano silicon dioxide/silk distribution finishing liquor, small reunions were appeared on the viscose fabrics. Meanwhile, properties of wet, UV protection and mechanics were all improved greatly except wrinkle resilience angle. On the whole, it was suggested that the nano silicon dioxide content of nano silicon dioxide/silk distribution should be controlled between 3.5% and 4.5% that functionalities of viscose fabrics can be improved greatly by this simple environmental protection technology.
