摘要

Abstract

The effects of different content of Si element on oxidation and caburization resistance of spun cast 25Cr35NiNb +micro-alloy ethylene pyrolysis furnace tube were researched.The results show that when the Si content falls in the range of 1.33%~1.93%,there is no significant law between the me-chanical properties of the furnace tubes at room and high temperature and Si content;when the Si content falls in the range of 1.53%~1.91%,with the increase of Si content,the resistance to oxidation and car-burization of the furnace tubes at high temperature was substantially enhanced.At the same time,the rec-ommended value of Si element content in 25Cr35NiNb+micro-alloy ethylene pyrolysis furnace tube was given.
