Abstract
Objective To design a new type of skin external stretch device which can be applied to VSD negative pressure simultaneously for irregular large wound surface. Methods We used strong suture to stretch the wound instead of metal peaches and kirschner-wire, then shortened the suture which could be connected to the new skin stretch device gradually to achieve the purpose of the closure of the wound. Results A new skin external stretch device was designed and obtained, which was not limited by the shape and size of the wound. The external skin pulling device of VSD dressing device could be applied simultaneously. In addition, the national patent was obtained. Conclusion The skin drawer based on the principle of gradually shortening the suture can achieve the purpose of pulling the skin closed wound surface, which is more advantageous than other skin traction devices.关键词
