Abstract
First of all, brief introduction and working principle of philips Brilliance 16 row CT were introduced in the present paper. Then, three consecutive of the philips Brilliance 16 row CT computed tomography that showed on the machine operation interface after more than 10 patients boot scanning were analyzed. The failure codes which including "Gantry can't comply please try again""Patient table cannot comply, please retry" and "Tilt system cannot comply, please retry". These faults still occured after the machine was restarted. Finally, the failures were solved by replacing the R2D board. Because the faults belonged to the ring type fault, it was necessary for the engineer to judge according to the actual maintenance experience and error code, and solve the problem. Through the process of this repair, we hope to provide some assistance to the clinical maintenance engineers during the maintenance.关键词
