摘要
Abstract
Objective To design and expand the regional medical information platform based on the residents' health records. Methods Start by analyzing the requirements of the platform, the business structure and system structure was cleaned up. Then through the standardized interface and the interconnection with the information system of various medical institutions, the data interaction and information sharing could be realized and the rational allocation of medical resources could be promoted. On this basis, the main functional modules of the platform and its supporting application system were discussed. Results More than 30 major medical and health institutions across the city were covered horizontally and had realized inter-agency, cross-regional and cross-departmental health information interconnection and data sharing within the region by using regional medical information platform, which was based on residents electronic health records, electronic medical records, outpatient department overall management. Conclusion Regional health information platform is a systematic project to ensure the quality and safety of public's health care, improve the accessibility of overall medical services, reduce medical costs and reduce medical risks.关键词
