Abstract
This paper aims to improve the supervision idea for the radiation medical equipment under the normal condition, abandon the old regulatory supervising model, improve the argument about introducing the equipment and installation, application, maintenance, and scrappage management. Based on the American Food and Drug Administration's operation experience of medical devices testing system, and the specific situation of domestic medical equipment, the supervision system of medical equipment was set to standardize medical equipment inspection items, procedures and report templates in our hoapital. The establishment of this supervision system can effectively reduce the failure rate of early failure and consumptive failure period of equipment, reduce maintenance workload, and reduce maintenance costs in operation. At the same time, it effectively lengthens the time of accidental failure rate, so that the best working condition of equipment has been effectively improved.关键词
