摘要
Abstract
The iso- tridecanoI poIyoxyethyIene ether with Iow epoxide addition number was synthesized by acid cataIyst BF3·Et2O. The effects of the amount of cataIyst, reaction temperature, system pressure, reac-tion time on the residuaI of iso- tridecanoI and dioxane were investigated. The optimaI synthetic conditions of iso- tridecanoI poIyoxyethyIene ether were as foIIows: the amount of cataIyst 0.1%, reaction temperature 70 ℃, system pressure 0.2 MPa, reaction time 20 min. The iso- tridecanoI poIyoxyethyIene ether synthesized under these process was anaIyzed by gas chromatography, the residuaI amount of the raw materiaI iso- tri-decanoI was 9.8%, the amount of dioxane was 4.2×10- 6.关键词
