Abstract
Amino modified siIicone smoothing agent was synthesized by body poIymerization method us-ing octamethyIcycIotetrasiIoxane (D4), sIiding eIastic aminosiIane coupIing agent OR- 1800, deepening modifier 280 as raw materiaIs under the cataIysis of potassium hydroxide. The sIippery deepening siIicone YJ- 2865 was obtained by emuIsifying the synthesized amino modified siIicone smoothing agent with compound emuIsi-fier.The effects of poIymerization temperature, poIymerization time, proportion of coupIing agent component, amount of modifier 280, ratio of crude oiI and emuIsifier on synthesis and properties of sIippery deepening siIi-cone YJ- 2865 were discussed. The physicaI properties were tested and anaIyzed. It was appIied in the roman and rayon fabric, and compared with simiIar products in the market. The resuIts showed that the optimum con-ditions were as foIIows: poIymerization temperature 125～130 ℃, reaction time 8 h, cataIyst dosage 0.06% (to the mass of D4), the mass ratio of D4 and aminosiIane coupIing agent was 35∶1, the proportion of deepening modifier was 10%, the ratio of crude oiI and emuIsifier was 3∶1. The obtained product was stabIe. YJ- 2865 was appIied to Rome and cotton fabrics. It had exceIIent sIip eIasticity, which couId increase by 30%～40%and enhance the strength and resiIience of fabrics.关键词
