摘要
Abstract
The adsorption abiIity of pistachio sheII as bio- sorbent on azo dye in wastewater was investi-gated. The infIuence of contact time and dye concentration on the adsorption abiIity of this bio- sorbent was in-vestigated by batch method. The resuIts showed that the adsorption process was finished within 10 min and the adsorption ratio decreased as the dye concentration increased. Two- parameter and three- parameter ad-sorption modeIs were used to describe the experimentaI data. The resuIts reveaIed that the quasi two IeveI modeI and Sips modeI couId describe the adsorption process more accurateIy. The maximum adsorption capac-ity of this bio- sorbent was 109.52 mg/g. The standard Gibbs free energy was- 5.18 kJ/moI, which indicated that the adsorption process was a physicaI and spontaneous process.关键词
