褪黑素对牛体外胚胎生产效果的影响
Effect of melatonin on cow embryo production in vitro
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the effect of melatonin on cow embryo production in vitro effect of in vitro maturation,liquid (TCM199),by semen and embryo culture medium (BO)supplemented with different concentrations of melatonin(0,10-8, 10-9,10-10),in vitro embryo production process to add the effect of melatonin on in vitro fertilization effect.The oocytes were collected from the slaughter house in cow ovary,oocyte in vitro maturation,in vitro fertilization and early embryo culture in vitro.The experimental results show that in the process of filling embryo production in vitro oocyte cleavage 10-9 melatonin group rate,blastocyst rate and blastocyst cell number was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);in vitro embryo production throughout the whole process of adding antioxidants.Can reach the purpose of anti peroxidation cell,overcoming early embryo developmental block,improve the in vitro embryo blastocyst rate and blastocyst cell number,improve the quality of blastocysts.关键词
