摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the method of pharmaceutical care fora child who suffered from nephrotic syndrome by left femoral vein thrombosis.Methods We made individualized treatment plans for patients in theaspects of drug selection,dosage,drug concentration monitoring and so on.Results & Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participated in formulation of individualized treatment,and provided pharmaceutical care for children,and the children medication tended to be safe,reasonable,efficient and economical.关键词
