摘要

Abstract

The alpine and high-altitude mine was defined , the current development of resources in the alpine and high-altitude regions in China was analyzed statistically .In view of the common problems like hypobaric hypoxia , low temperature, dry climate, strong wind, complex hydrogeological conditions , fragile eco-environment and unsat-isfactory external collaboration competence , etc.in the course of mineral resources development in the apline and high-altitude region, the considerations and investigations were described in terms of the engineering in the selec-tion of mining methodology , mine equipment sizing , mining process as well as utility and auxiliary facilities , etc.
