摘要
Abstract
We reviewed the renaming of general practice/family medicine organizations and their scholarly journals around the world,in particular,detailedly analyzed the renaming of Australian Family Physician (AFP).AFP was a scholarly journal of RACGP,which was superseded by Australian Journal of General Practice (AJGP) from 2018,giving clearer definitions of the role and responsibilities of general practice.In China,confusing use of general practice/family medicine influences the accurate perception of residents toward general practice and family medicine to a certain extent.In view of this, the definition and meaning of general practice is supposed to be determined more clearly in China based on the understandings of healthcare administrators,general practitioners and other people.关键词
