端氨基丁腈橡胶增韧环氧树脂性能研究
Study on Properties of Epoxy Resin Impact-modified with ATBN
摘要
Abstract
The epoxy resin/polyether amine thermosetting system was modified with amine-terminated liquid ATBN as a impact modified,and their gel time,morphology and mechanical properties were investigated.The results indicated that this thermosetting system obtained a significant toughening effect when 15 phr of ATBN was added.Compared to pristine epoxy resin, the impact modified thermosetting system achieved an improvement in impacted strength by 65 %, in bending strength by 14 % and in tensile shear strength by 73 %.关键词
