Research progress of animal models of renal fibrosis and their characteristics
肾纤维化为慢性肾病发展至终末期肾衰所必经的共同病理路径,病理改变包括肾间质纤维化和肾小球硬化.肾纤维化的理想动物模型对慢性肾病发病机制的研究及其治疗药物的研发等存在现实意义.目前,肾纤维化动物模型包括药物或毒物诱导、手术模型以及基因敲除等多种模型,不同动物模型肾功能、肾组织病理等方面各具特点,尚无法完全模拟人类慢性肾疾病,这提示慢性肾疾病发病的复杂性,对于其病理机制认识与防治具有重要意义.
Renal fibrosis is a common pathological pathway of chronic kidney diseases that leads to end-stage renal failure. The pathological changes include glomerulosclerosis and renal interstitial fibrosis. Ideal animal models for the study of pathologic mechanisms and drug development of chronic kidney disease are of great significance.
