PROGRESS OF INFLUENZA VIRUS BUDDING MODEL AND MECHANISM RESEARCHES

Abstract
Influenza is a zoonotic infectious disease that poses a great threat to public health and human health. The Influenza virus is an enveloped virus that releases from cell by budding. Budding is also a crucial stage in the Influenza virus replication cycle, affecting the spread, pathogenicity and the morphology of virus particles. This article mainly reviews the research progress on the budding model and mechanism of Influenza virus. In addition, the function of each viral protein involved in the budding process and the latest research results in related fields are described in detail, which provides a theoretical basis for the research of Influenza virus budding.关键词
