Abstract
To introduce the cognitive behavioral therapy-orientated case conceptualization and process for social anxiety disorder. Based on the detailed and integrated case conceptualization, 15 sessions of the systematic and standardized CBT treatments were conducted for maladaptive cognitive and behavioral problems. The results showed that the Liebowit Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS) score was reduced from 49 to 26, and the initial treatment goal was achieved. This case report suggests that "cognitive reconstruction combined with exposure" therapy strategy could be used to treat social anxiety disorder. 关键词
