血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平对不同类型痴呆的风险评估
Risk assessment of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 to different kinds of dementia

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the relationship between the level of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) and Alzheimer's disease (AD), vascular dementia (VaD). Method Patients with dementia from May 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, 38 AD patients (AD group) and 40 VaD patients (VaD group) were selected after screening. 42 elderly patients who were cognitively normal during the same period were enrolled in control group. Plasma Lp-PLA2 levels were measured in each group, and Logistic model was used to analyze the relationship between plasma Lp-PLA2 level and AD, VaD. Result Plasma Lp-PLA2 levels in AD group and VaD group were significantly higher than those in control group (P＜0.05), and plasma Lp-PLA2 level in VaD group was significantly higher than that in AD group (P＜0.05). The elevated plasma Lp-PLA2 level was associated with high risk of AD and VaD, and the correlation with VaD (OR＝1.021; 95% CI: 1.010～1.032; P＝0.003) was greater than AD ( OR＝1.010; 95% CI: 1.002～1.018; P＝0.011). Conclusion Increased level of Lp-PLA2 is associated with the increased risk of dementia with AD and VaD, detection of plasma Lp-PLA2 level may be a valuable predictor of both AD and VaD.关键词
